Are the pieces safe for daily use?

Yes. Every piece is fired at over 1200 degrees to ensure it is vitrified and durable. All glazes are lead-free and food-safe. While the stoneware is dishwasher safe, I warmly recommend hand-washing to preserve the depth of the glaze over time. Please avoid microwaves and sudden extreme temperature changes (thermal shock).

Do you accept custom commissions?

I accept a limited number of commissions each season to ensure I can give each project the attention it deserves. Please reach out via the Contact page to discuss your idea.

How long will it take to receive my order?

I ship once per week from Seon. Within Switzerland, orders typically arrive 2–3 business days after dispatch. For international orders, delivery times range from 7 to 14 days depending on your location.

Will I have to pay customs fees?
  • USA: A flat handling fee is included at checkout to cover the PDDP service, meaning your package arrives at your door with no further bills.

  • EU & UK: Your order may be subject to local VAT and administrative fees collected by your local postal service. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

What is your return policy?

I offer a voluntary 14-day return window. If a piece does not feel right in your home, you may return it, but that return shipping and any associated customs costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

What happens if my piece arrives broken?

While I take immense care in packing, accidents can happen during long journeys. Please take a photo of the damaged item and its packaging and contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I will ensure a replacement or refund is arranged.
