By purchasing from Atelier Chus, you acknowledge that every object is unique and handmade. Subtle variations in size, form, and surface are inherent to the wheel-thrown process and are not considered defects, but rather a testament to the slow-making craft.

2. Payment & Prices

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Atelier Chus is currently exempt from VAT under Art. 10 MWSTG; therefore, prices are net. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via the secure payment methods provided.

3. Shipping & Delivery

4. Voluntary Right of Return

While Swiss law does not mandate a right of return, Atelier Chus voluntarily offers a 14-day return window as a gesture of care. Please see our Shipping Page for the full conditions.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, the liability of Atelier Chus is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. Atelier Chus assumes no liability for damages resulting from improper use or handling of the ceramics (e.g., thermal shock or breakage due to misuse).
