From the Atelier to your home

Each piece is carefully wrapped and dispatched from my atelier in Seon, Switzerland.

I pack every order with the same attention I give to the making process, ensuring that these objects reach you safely. I use plastic-free and recycled materials for all packaging.

I ship once per week via Swiss Post. Shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout to ensure the most accurate rate for your order.

Shipping rates within Switzerland

Shipping is free within Switzerland for all orders above 120 CHF. For orders below this amount, Swiss Post rates are applied at checkout:

  • Up to 2 kg: 9 CHF

  • Up to 10 kg: 12 CHF

International Shipping, Taxes & Customs

I currently ship to USA, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Greece, Sweden, the Netherlands, and the UK. If you are located in a country not listed here and would like to place an order, please reach out via the Contact page. I will do my best to arrange shipping to your location.

Rates are based on Swiss Post international zones and will be automatically calculated during the checkout process based on the weight of your selection.

EU & UK: As Atelier Chus is based in Switzerland, orders sent to the EU or UK are considered international imports. Your package may be subject to local VAT and small administrative handling fees from your local postal service. These are determined by your country's customs office and are paid by the recipient.

United States: All orders are shipped via Swiss Post Priority. A flat handling fee of 15 CHF is included in the shipping rates at checkout. This covers the Postal Delivered Duty Paid (PDDP) service, which handles mandatory customs processing and administrative fees on your behalf, ensuring your package arrives directly at your door without additional local postal bills.

Returns & Damages

If a piece does not feel right in your home, I offer a 14-day return window. Please contact me through the Contact page to initiate a return; the item must be in its original condition, and return shipping, including any related customs or import duties for the return to Switzerland, is the responsibility of the buyer.

In the rare event of breakage during transit, please take a photo of the damaged item and its packaging immediately and reach out to me within 48 hours. I will ensure a replacement or refund is arranged with the care you deserve.
